We welcome all who have a love for singing and music to join us for a rehearsal. There is no audition and it is not necessary to be able to read music to join, but we do ask that you attend the weekly rehearsals to make sure you get as much time to preparing the music! Our director, Ashley, reinforces proper singing/choral techniques with joyful and appropriately challenging rehearsals of exciting repertoire.
Rehearsals
Rehearsals are every Tuesday, 7:30 – 9:30 PM at the Church of Christ in Millis, Massachusetts. Rehearsals typically consist of warm-ups, full group and sectional rehearsals, and a break.
Membership Dues
All members are required to pay dues of $200 for the season or $100 per semester and additional cost of music which is around $35. High-school students do not have to pay the seasonal dues. These funds go directly to our operating costs. Those who have financial hardships please talk privately with our treasurer.
Still unsure?
If you are still unsure about joining, you are welcome to join us for one or all of our first few rehearsals. You will be given a folder of the music that you can borrow for that rehearsal so you can experience the rehearsal and talk to Ashley and the members. If you feel that the group and music is the right fit, you can speak to our treasurer to pay dues and music. There is no pressure for you to join and hope that you come by and enjoy singing with us.
