Susan Fortin has been with the Chorale since 2014 as Accompanist and Assistant Director.  She holds a Bachelors degree in Choral/General Music Education from Iowa State University and a Masters degree in Piano Performance/ Accompanying and Chamber Music from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.

Susan is an active musician as accompanist, teacher, director and performer in Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island.  She is also Music Director at St. Aidan’s Parish in Cumberland, RI.  She and her husband, Phil, have produced three CD’s of sacred contemporary and acoustic music and some of their compositions are published under Simply Liturgical Music.

They reside in Seekonk, MA and have four adult children. Outside of music she enjoys crafting with calligraphy and quilting.
